Submitting an enquiry, using the event planner or chatting with our assistant does not confirm a booking. Recommendations shown on the website are general suggestions. Availability, pricing and scope are confirmed only in a written quotation or booking confirmation from our team.

Offers

Offers shown on the website are valid only for the dates, services and conditions listed with them and may be changed or withdrawn by us. An offer cannot be combined with another unless we say so.

Payments

Advance, part and final payment terms are set out in your quotation or booking confirmation. Where online payment is offered, it is processed by a licensed payment gateway; we never see or store your card details.

Photographs

Some photographs on this website are representative images used to illustrate the kinds of setups we arrange. They are being replaced with photographs of our own events.

Liability

We take every reasonable care in planning and executing events. Our responsibilities for a specific event are those agreed in its booking confirmation.
